On the plate here is baked chicken (boneless thighs done spicy with a curry mix). Baked potatoes and leftover white rice from that Chinese take out with some color (added some beans). And an ear of corn on the cob to fill out the roughly 600 cal meal...give or take a calorie. I like to do that no-diet eating, but still trying to keep the right mix of foods that are filling, and a word you'll hear a lot on here: fresh.
The fruits are a-plenty tonight with all in-season goodies: Black seedless grapes, sliced peaches, apples and pineapples.
